Transcription Speaker 1: So my documentary is focused and based from the strip district, which is a part of the city of Pittsburgh. There are plans to sort of rejuvenate the area. Five years ago, there wasn't any housing down there, really. So when I tell people that I live in a strip district, they're like, Wait, what? There's going to be over 1500 apartment units put into the strip district. Google headquarters is coming down there. So it sort of builds up the story of potential gentrification. It happens in a lot of areas like New York City's big cities, where big money will come in and sort of transform an area and therefore push residents or small business owners to the curb. And I'll be able to talk to business owners that now own restaurants that I go to. And it's just going to be cool to be familiar with the area that I'm covering, and I think that adds to my interest in the whole story, too. I love the area, so it's it's interesting to see what's going to happen to it. Every day he's coming up with a new assignment to sort of help us structure and and build up our our story so that when we get to the point where we have to film, we know exactly the direction we want to take. And I think that's the most important thing. And I think it's going to help all of us.
